Following the introductory video \\\'Himalayan Oasis\\\', here is a longer documentary about the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC) in Leh-Ladakh, Northern India. It features the students, humanitarian projects, and a meditation and yoga retreat centre called Sambodhi. Everyone is welcome at Sambodhi Meditation Centre. MIMC\\\'s global guest house provides accommodation and fine local cuisine. The courses are friendly and flexible. If you are a beginner, you can learn buddhist meditation which is guided by a monk. You can also enjoy yoga classes outside with breath-taking views of Himalayan mountain ranges to die for. Meditation courses support the children and humanitarian projects.
